Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Checking relevant supporting documents, arranging for payments, and recording them in the system.
• Carrying out bank reconciliations on all bank accounts.
• Generating invoices for all sales and recording them in the system.
• Assisting in improving and streamlining the accounts payable/receivable process.
• Monitoring and recording daily transactions and performing other accounting and finance-related tasks.
• Preparing weekly cash flow forecast file, raising purchase orders, and invoices.
• Helping with month-end closing and preparation of schedules and reconciliations as needed.
• Performing intercompany reconciliations and assisting in year-end reconciliations for audit purposes.
• Providing ad-hoc financial support/analysis to the CFO.

Requirements:

• Academic (Bachelors/ Masters) & Professional Qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA)

• 3+ years of accounting work experience

• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office skills

• Strong Communication & Negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and ability to build good working relationships

• Fluency in English and excellent knowledge of SAP finance module
