Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Intern to join our team. As a recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of financial management and accounting operations. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial activities of the company.
Core Competencies Required:
- Oversee petty cash operations, maintain accurate records, and reconcile balances.
- Process payments to vendors, record transactions accurately, and reconcile accounts.
- Develop procedures for tracking petty cash expenditures.
- Maintain precise records of financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
- Interact with banks and external parties regarding financial matters.
- Generate ad hoc financial reports as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Final year undergraduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
