Job Role:
- Oversee invoicing, ordering, procurement, and inventory management for factory operations.
- Provide management information for decision-making processes.
- Drive productivity & efficiency through monitoring manufacturing variances.
- Monitor projects, asset management, and prepare reports for decision-making.
- Other tasks as requested by Management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing and 2 years in audit.
- Excellent IT literacy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior ERP experience preferred.
- Proactive, positive & result-oriented with Cargills Values mindset.
- Location: Banduragoda or Kelanimulla.
