Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic financial planning and budgeting initiatives
• Provide expert analysis and recommendations for future company direction and brand expansion
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth finance and business operations
• Ensure compliance with management and statutory deadlines

Key Requirements:

• Membership of CA Sri Lanka; CIMA/ACCA membership a plus
• MBA from a reputable institution preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ accounting and finance experience, with 5 years post-qualification
• 3 years’ experience in senior management
• Experience in Food & Beverage industry preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle or SAP
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a challenging role
