Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial aspects of the company including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage cash flow, banking, and investment activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional accounting qualification preferred.
