We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Freelance Sales Executive to join our team on a commission basis. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about environmental sustainability and are skilled in sales within the renewable energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on solar solutions.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Remuneration:

This is a commission-based position with a competitive commission structure designed to reward high performance. Further details will be provided during the interview process.
