Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth communication.
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain a tidy reception area.
- Assist in planning company events and meetings.
- Perform assigned duties by the management team.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance as needed.
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails.
- Maintain company databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Pleasing personality with 1 year of proven working experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in the ICT Industry would be advantageous.
