Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Maintain a clean reception area.
- Manage mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry.
- Provide information about services and ensure security protocols.
- Coordinate office operations with different departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; office administration qualifications are a plus.
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
