Job Description

Engagement type – Freelancer / Consultant basis with full time availability

Overview

As a Full Stack Marketer at iviva, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive effective campaigns. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing Marcom campaigns, ensuring all elements are aligned for successful launches. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal and external teams, including product, sales, market research, creative, and web development teams, to promote our solutions.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our partner program by effectively coordinating Marcom strategy and planning with our Partner Program Manager, contributing to cohesive communication strategies that strengthen our partnerships and drive mutual growth.

Responsibilities

• Create effective marketing initiatives for the iviva brand.
• Optimize marketing communications for our partner program, including newsletters, promotional materials, and partner-specific content, which may involve contacts with external partners.
• Ensure creative assets align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives
• Create and revise writing for marketing materials such as social media posts, blog articles, emails, and ad campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and engaging the target audience.
• Manage events to ensure successful execution and alignment with marketing goals.
• Work closely with the marketing manager to establish goals, make schedules, and make sure everything is ready for a campaign launch that is effective.
• Facilitate communication between multiple teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, timelines, and tasks

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in the ICT industry
• Being able to communicate ideas to your team and deal with different stakeholders and vendors requires clear and effective communication.
• Expertise in creating captivating and engaging content.
• Ability to stay organized and effectively manage various tasks and deadlines
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities to make sure everything goes as planned
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions
• A solid understanding of digital marketing channels; social media platforms, email marketing, SEO principles, and online advertising, and marketing tools and platforms; CRM software, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms
• Attention to detail to guarantee that all marketing materials are free of errors and aligned with the brand’s guidelines
• A cooperative individual with a positive outlook who is ready to work with others and adjust to changing priorities.
