JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in a General Manager position.
• Proven experience in a senior management role, with a track record of successful leadership and business growth.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and business operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective teams.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in business software applications and technology platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
