Job Description

The Position

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Manage guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and overall satisfaction.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, offering personalized assistance and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and facilities to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with guests to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the company’s brand and values.

The Requirements

  • A recognized Diploma in Business Administration/ HR / Secretarial Studies or any related field.
  • 02 to 05 years’ experience in a similar capacity preferably in a conglomerate.
  • An inspiring personality, exceptional team player with communication skills, IT literacy, and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for managing guest requests.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using technology and computer systems.
