We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Guest Services to join Trinco Blu by Cinnamon, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka’s largest hotel owner. The Manager, Guest Services will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations, check-ins, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, complaints, and upselling services, maintaining updated records, and ensuring a great guest experience.
