Job Description
Position: Head of Finance
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Job Summary: Intellej is seeking a strategic Head of Finance to lead financial operations at our premier mall in Colombo. Responsibilities include financial planning, reporting, compliance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial growth strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Manage accounting operations for accurate reporting.
- Provide financial analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Maintain relationships with financial stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with 5 years in senior management.
- Experience in retail or real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel.
