Job Description

Client: A prime location in Colombo offering luxurious apartments, shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial models for forecasting and planning.
• Prepare financial reports like income statements and balance sheets.
• Analyze financial data to optimize performance.
• Monitor cash flow for financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Lead budgeting processes and provide guidance to managers.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best financial practices.

Expected Profile:

• Masters in Finance/Accountancy from a recognized university.
• Membership from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
• Minimum 12 years of experience with 4 years in managerial roles.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
