- – Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance.
- – Manage Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes.
- – Lead learning & development, succession planning initiatives.
- – Oversee Performance Management and rewards.
- – Enhance digitalization of HR functions.
- – Manage C&B, employee relations, and workplace culture.
Expected Profile:
- – B.Sc. in HRM or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
- – 12+ years of HR expertise, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- – Experience in finance industry desirable.
- – Strong ethics, communication skills, IT proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.
