Are you ready to take the helm and drive success in the lubricant industrial market? LAUGFS Lubricants is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Industrial Sales Division.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for improving and overseeing the Lubricant Industrial market segment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the industrial sales sector.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
