Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue, and related reports to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying updated on new products and competition status.
• Manage organizational sales, set sales targets, track goals, and oversee the sales team’s performance.
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and provide appropriate training to enhance sales team performance.
• Take marketing actions to promote the organization and products, understanding customer needs, and managing all stakeholders’ relationships.
• Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and monitoring sales representatives’ performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the Airlines Sales Industry.
• Knowledge of GDS.
• Good command of English, Sinhala, and Tamil is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, lead, and motivate the sales team.
