Job Description

Main Job Duties:
- Execute HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure labor law compliance.
- Handle Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees’ Trust Fund (ETF) documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR management experience.
- Professional qualification in a relevant field preferred.
- Adept at handling employee inquiries and conflict resolution.
