Job Description
As an HR Intern specializing in Talent Acquisition at FinTech Hive, you will support recruitment initiatives and gain practical experience in HR. Learn talent acquisition strategies, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes while contributing to our team’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment procedures.
- Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Support in creating recruitment marketing materials and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a related Bachelor’s degree program.
- Interest in HR, specifically in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and proactive in problem-solving.
