Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership and guidance in all HR functions as the Business Partner of the respective Sector/Division.
- Initiate/implement HR process efficiencies and solutions for overall output improvement.
- Deliver HR services to meet internal customer demands.
- Coordinate and manage training needs of employees.
- Address disciplinary matters and employee grievances professionally.
- Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee Employee Performance Management to ensure timely execution of increments and promotions.
- Assist in executing Strategic HR Development Initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in HR Management; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with 3 years managing HR Operations and supervising staff.
- Knowledgeable in Labor Regulations.
Salary Range: Competitive Salary – $200k.
