• Coordinating employee onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Handling payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Supporting HR compliance efforts.
• Providing administrative support for HR activities.
• Managing employee requests through the self-service portal.
