About Us:
Bio Foods (Pvt) Ltd., established in 1993, is a pioneer in the organic and fair-trade industry in Sri Lanka. We specialize in processing and exporting organic and fair-trade tea, spices, coconut products, and perishable items.
Location: Makandura, Pannala
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR representative at our Makandura factory.
- Address and manage employee grievances.
- Participate in the recruitment process for non-executive positions.
- Provide accurate worker details for payroll processing.
- Conduct training programs in collaboration with the Head Office.
- Maintain comprehensive HR documentation.
- Oversee daily HR & Administration operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Management.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Experience in a factory environment is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proximity to Makandura, Pannala is preferred.
