Job Description
Imperial Edutech is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Partner to lead our HR department in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or BSc in HR Management
- Minimum 2 years of HR Executive experience
- Familiarity with HR Systems
- Knowledge of labour laws
- Ability to work independently
- Must reside near Colombo and available from 1.30pm to 10.30pm
