Role Description:
We are hiring a full-time Human Resources Executive to manage HR operations, policies, employee relations, and various HR functions on-site.
Qualifications:
- HR Management and Operations skills
- Experience in employee relations and policies
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings, screening, interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and training
- Support performance reviews and employee development
- Address grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Oversee payroll processing and update HR policies
