Responsibilities:
- Executing and managing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process effectively.
- Monitoring, coordinating, and completing probation progress reviews and employment confirmations/extensions timely.
- Preparing, maintaining, and reviewing Job Descriptions and Individual KPIs.
- Driving the performance management cycle and rewarding achievements.
- Executing training plan/s and reviewing return on investment.
- Designing, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities periodically.
- Managing the overall exit clearance process.
- Administrating the overall security, transport, housekeeping, and general maintenance activities of the head office.
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM or Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification (PQHRM / CQHRM).
- Around 01 to 02 years of HR experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent computer skills and strong aptitude for using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a technology-driven environment.
- Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving mindset, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under minimal supervision in a challenging work context.
- Excellent PR, proficiency in English & Sinhala is a must.
