Role Description: Full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern. Responsibilities include supporting HR management, policy development, benefits management, and personnel administration.
- Experience or knowledge in HR and policies
- Understanding of HR and personnel management
- Knowledge of employee benefits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Relevant coursework in HR or related field is a plus
