Role Description
This internship position is for a Human Resources Intern at Lean Labs. As an intern, you will assist in day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, policy development, employee benefits, and personnel management. This hybrid role will be based in Colombo, with remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Experience in HR management and policy development
- Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
