Job Description
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from attracting top talent through job postings to onboarding new hires and managing offboarding procedures.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify, interview, and select the best candidates for open positions.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and practices that ensure compliance with local labor laws and support the company’s strategic goals.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
Manage and track employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective communication.
Utilize strong consultative, facilitative, and coaching skills to help employees develop both soft and technical skills, aligning with the company’s succession plan. Design and deliver effective induction training for new hires.
Plan and implement engaging and impactful employee wellness activities according to the annual calendar, fostering a positive work environment.
Drive the company’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reviews, ensuring a data-driven approach to performance management.
