Role Description:
This full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at IIHS in Wattala involves managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Collaborate with department managers to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and nurture a positive work environment.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or CIPM qualified
– Minimum 10 years of HR management experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Manager
– Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and policy development
– Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
