Job Description
We are looking to hire a motivated and organized HR and Admin Executive to manage daily operations at Kensley Graduate School. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will oversee recruitment, benefits administration, HR policies, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & selection processes
- Employee benefits administration
- Developing HR policies
- Maintaining employee records
- Office operations management
- Providing admin support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2+ years of HR/admin experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR software
