Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join a prestigious cosmetic and fragrance company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a high-performance culture, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in Retail, FMCG, or related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Sri Lanka.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
