Job Description
Yamaha Music Center Sri Lanka is the go-to destination for musicians, offering high-quality musical instruments, equipment, and services. Join our global team to liaise with overseas suppliers, manage import orders, and handle customs matters. If you have excellent English communication skills and 3-4 years’ experience in import/export, we want you to be part of our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Overseas Suppliers
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Handling Letters of Credit/Transfers
- Coordinating with Freight Forwarders
- Obtaining TRC Approvals
- Managing Import Purchases
- Organizing Files
Requirements:
- 3-4 years’ experience in import/export
- Experience in TRC Approvals and Customs matters
- Knowledge of EntrePort and Offshore Trade
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Nav ERP (advantageous)
