Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Traveling Executive located in Colombo. The role involves coordinating and managing travel arrangements for inbound tourists, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. The Executive will provide assistance to tourists, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on exceptional service
Problem-solving skills with diplomacy
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Knowledge of local attractions and cultural information
Previous travel industry experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
