We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie – Indian Cuisine Specialist to join our team at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala. As a Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Indian Cuisine at our prestigious five-star property, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional culinary experience to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality Indian dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. You will collaborate with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to develop new menu items, maintain kitchen organization, and uphold the culinary excellence our property is known for.
