Job Description
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to evaluate, design, and implement solutions aligning with our evolving business needs. Assess processes, predict requirements, and integrate technology seamlessly to streamline operations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business workflows, articulate findings to teams and management.
- Create solutions based on identified requirements, propose change management, work towards long-term goals.
- Evaluate processes, anticipate future needs, and execute customized solutions.
- Innovate solutions that foster continuous improvement within the operational landscape.
- Oversee projects by strategizing, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with specified requirements throughout.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (CIMA/CMA qualification is an advantage).
- 3+ years of Business/System Analyst experience.
- Proficient in ERP systems, database management (SQL).
- Understanding of business structures and operations, data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
