Qualifications
- Laptop, desktop, APs & Network Printers troubleshooting
- Windows AD deployment & management
- Backup procedures knowledge
- Network & Server Administration skills
- IT experience
- Problem-solving & analytical skills
- Communication & collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft) a plus
Location: Mount Lavinia, Sri Lanka
Working Time: Weekdays 8:30AM to 5:30PM
