Role Description

This full-time remote position requires an IT Help Desk Support who will provide technical assistance to clients, resolve hardware issues, troubleshoot network problems, ensure network security, and deliver top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration and IT skills
  • Troubleshooting and Network Security skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in a help desk or technical support role is desirable
