Role Description:

• Provide on-site IT support, resolve user tickets, and assist IT team with issues
• Keep systems updated, monitor for anomalies, and assist in IT purchasing and documentation
• Conduct user trainings and maintain standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications:

• HND in IT field, 1 year experience, English proficiency, weekend availability, living within 15KM radius
