Job Description
We are looking for passionate individuals to be placed at our customer sites in Avissawella, Thulhiriya, and Horana. The candidate will be responsible for attending and providing support to user tickets, resolving user issues, keeping devices and systems up to date, monitoring abnormal behaviors, coordinating IT-related processes, and handling documentation works.
Required qualifications include an HND in any IT-related field, a minimum of 1 year experience, English communication skills, willingness to work weekends if needed, and residing within a 15KM radius from the mentioned locations.
