Job Description
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company
- Help maintain and update employee records, keeping information accurate and confidential
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews or screening resumes
- Conduct research and compile reports on HR-related topics
- Learn about legal and compliance aspects of HR practices
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with employees and colleagues
- Provide administrative support to the HR team with daily tasks
Requirements:
- Following a diploma or a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
