Job Description

The Intern – Internal Marketing & Events will support the development and execution of brand strategies and events that enhance brand recognition and engagement. This role is crucial in assisting with the creation of a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, and helping to drive engagement across various channels. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to support brand cohesion and impact, contributing to the company’s initiatives and success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating and implementing brand and external event strategies aligning with company objectives.
• Help plan and execute global events to establish the “Axiata Digital Labs” brand identity.
• Support defining and maintaining brand guidelines for consistent branding.
• Assist in event planning, logistics, and execution, including budget management.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns that communicate brand value effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams for brand alignment across touchpoints.
• Evaluate internal marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Support day-to-day marketing team operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• SLIM/CIM qualification or relevant Brand Management certification is a plus.
