Job Description
- Design and implement programs to automate testing for the software solutions.
- Test the programs from determination of test parameters to troubleshooting errors.
- Document test results and testing procedures
- Configure and maintain test systems and regression test suite.
- Work in close collaboration with the development team to ensure products released to the client has 0 defects.
- Collaborate with the client directly to make them aware of our testing methodology.
Qualifications
- Good command in at least one major programming language (e.g. Java, Java Script, and Python).
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Good understanding on Restful web services and data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Comfortable with GIT version controlling.
- Experience in developing test scenarios, test cases, and carrying out Functional regression.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making are essential.
- Creativity in approaching a problem, ability to work closely with a team will be highly valued.
