Job Description
Role Summary:
As a Solutions Engineering Intern at MillenniumIT ESP, you will be instrumental in crafting, enhancing, and troubleshooting enterprise-level workflow solutions across banking, insurance, and manufacturing domains. Your responsibilities will involve streamlining manual processes, digitizing traditional methods, and aiding businesses in adopting paperless operations.
- Design and Development: Construct scalable workflow solutions tailored to enterprise requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Rectify issues within current processes to ensure seamless functionality.
- Collaboration: Collect requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Support in documenting processes and specifications for scalability.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Uphold reliability and efficiency through comprehensive testing.
- User Support: Offer end-user assistance and gather feedback for enhancement.
- Process Improvement: Recognize opportunities for refining business workflows.
Person Specification:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficient in workflow automation tools and programming languages (Java, NodeJS, JavaScript).
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Enthusiastic about learning and thriving in a dynamic setting.
- Hands-on freelance programming experience and familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms are advantageous.
