We are looking for a highly skilled Internal Affairs Lawyer to join our legal team. The role involves managing internal legal processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and internal audits.
- Handle disputes and resolutions efficiently.
- Draft, review, and negotiate internal agreements.
- Ensure business processes comply with laws.
- Act as the legal liaison for internal departments.
Requirements:
- LLB degree and attorney’s license.
- Minimum 5 years in corporate law.
