Job Description
- Our client, DCI Events & Entertainment, is seeking a dynamic Junior Lawyer to join their team.
- As a Junior Lawyer, you will be responsible for corporate agreement negotiations, conveyancing, instructing work, company secretarial tasks, intellectual property matters, and legal advisory roles for leading corporate entities.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Dynamism and corporate mentality
- Notarial license to practice in English in Colombo
- Registered company secretary
- Minimum 3 years of corporate law experience
Core Skills:
- Excellent drafting, negotiating, and legal advisory skills
- Experience in recoveries and instructing matters is an advantage
- Strong communication and client handling abilities
- Proficient in drafting and attesting deeds
- Computer literacy and independent thinking
