Job Description

We Are Hiring for the position of Junior Lawyer at JFS Holdings Limited.

Qualifications:

• Be an Attorney at law.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in relevant field.
• Possess Notary License to practice in Colombo in English and Sinhala would be an added advantage.
• Possess commissioner for Oaths license.
• Possess the ability to work both independently and under supervision.
• Possess the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English/Sinhala.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices.
• Ability to review and interpret legal documents with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Prior experience or internships in a legal role.
• Knowledge of corporate law and commercial contracts is a plus.
