Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will solve key customer issues, identify new technology opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring all installed network appliances, systems, and related infrastructure (cloud and on-premise).
• Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining network-related equipment, applications/software/management tools.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
• Monitoring network usage and health status in compliance with security policies.
• Identifying IT security vulnerabilities in the organization’s network.
• Keeping up to date with IT security standards and threats development.
• Responsible for local organization data security and personnel security internal control, driving employee awareness training and compliance standards for the company.
• Participate in other projects/tasks as assigned.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, network, and Audiovisual problems.
• Attend minor breakdowns at client sites.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of working experience in the Networking Field.
• Excellent Knowledge of Network switches & Access Points.
• Experience with deployment/support/management for mainstream industry solutions (e.g., Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet).
• CCNA certified and additional technical certifications preferred.
• Project management, process, and tool improvement skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Firewall/IPS/WAF and monitoring tools.
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP-based services.
• Network-related Academic Qualifications will be an added Advantage.
