Job Description
We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our Indian kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Indian cuisine and a strong foundation in traditional Indian cooking methods.
Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. The Junior Sous Chef will also be involved in training junior kitchen staff and ensuring quality control.
