One of our clients, a leading International Color Cosmetics and Personal Care brand in Sri Lanka, is seeking a passionate individual to drive the cosmetics business.
Job Description:
- Development and implementation of customer-specific business plans and budgets
- Continuous business enrollment emphasizing strategic partnerships
- Sales planning, team management, and utilization of Beauty advisors
- Identify training needs and deliver on-the-job training interventions
Personal Profile:
- Degree or Professional qualification in Marketing
- FMCG/Colour Cosmetics experience required
- 8-10 years of sales/Key Account Management experience
- MT experience would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
