Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated L2 Help Desk Engineer to join our team. As an L2 Help Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and escalating unresolved problems to the next level of support.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and documenting troubleshooting steps. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
